We feel that our produce and other farm products are ideally suited for CSA subscribers and fresh farm markets and stands. We grow it and we sell it directly to our customers. So we know about each vegetable and fruit.
We spray fruit trees about 7-10 days apart. We generally spray more for fungus and bacteria than insects. The climate in the Mid-Atlantic states requires some attention to fungi because of the humidity. We think that you will be happy with our produce and fruit using these methods. If you would like to read more about our take on the analysis of organic versus non-organic, see a short essay from Gregg here.
We are currently listed on the localharvest.org website and several farmers’ market web pages in Maryland. Our profile on Local Harvest can be found here.
