We have LOTS, LOTS, LOTS of Honeycrisp apples, Braeburn, Granny Smith, and Suncrisp!

Honeycrisp apples are a sweet, crisp apple.

Granny Smith are a tart crisp apple.

Suncrisp are a tart, crisp  yellow apple.

Braeburn are a tart, crisp apple.

All of these apples make great eating apples.  They are also great for pies, crisps and baking ,as they will hold their shape very well.  DO NOT USE THEM FOR SAUCE!  They are too crisp for sauce.

If you want apples for sauce, please let us know.  We have excellent sauce apples as well for the same great deal!

DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER FOR THE APPLE SPECIAL ON THE STORE - email me and I will take your order.  The store can not give you the discount!

Keep  these apples  in mind if you are buying items for a school or organization.  These are delicious and we will give you a REAL DEAL!

There are approximately 40 apples to a half bushel - if you buy more them one half bushel we will sell them to you for $10 per half bushel.  Let me know via email if you want to buy some in quanity and I will order them for you.

If you buy them from the store the normal price is $15 per half bushel.

We are looing forward to a great extended fall.  It definitely feels like fall in the air now!  Our leaves have mostly all changed and many of the early ones have fallen, but we are still waiting on the oaks!  The marigolds are still going, but all the summer flowers had faded - even the morning glories!  it is almost time for a rest!  Yea!

Enjoy your week!  Looking forward to seeing everyone this week.

Since this is the last week of the session, we are having a pick-off-the-table day for each market or stand.

Here is how it works - bring your box or cooler back this week.  Also bring bags.  You can create your own share from anything that is on the table!  You can choose vegetables, meats, cheese, baked goods, fruits honey, jams, eggs, etc.

We have done this every year and it is a fun week.  So if there was something you wished we would give in the shares, now is your chance to get it!  If you plan to get meats, cheeses, or please order these on the store so that we will be sure to bring it to the markets.

We do not always bring everything because if we cut it and it does not sell, then it is a loss.  Check the store for lists of most items.  We will always have some other rare and unusual items at the stands as well.
