recipe for tomatoes

in my mini cuisinart I chopped the following:
parsley (small handful)
1/2 large heirloom and your other tomatoes
5 cloves of fresh garlic
extra virgin olive oil and 
fresh lemon juice,
a little sea salt... .
I love this on my Wasa crispbread crackers or added as a condiment to fish, soup, etc.
I Thank God for farmers like you.  I want to eat healthy and farmers like you give me that opportunity.  Sylvia
